TRAINING - Training should be
pertinent and painless - Market
Process - Training made to fit your needs,
not your having to fit into our training - Claims
Handling - Learning is for life,
not just for the lesson
We provide bespoke training services to the insurance industry and experts working alongside the insurance industry. We do not run open courses but work with clients to create training solutions which deliver content in a way which allow those learning to assimilate information steadily and which minimises the practical impact on the wider business of the students being in training sessions.
Our consultancy work incorporates audits, process improvements and compliance work which can also have a training element within it.

Training can be provided as bitesize sessions of 60-90 minutes over a number of months, or as longer sessions as required/preferred by clients. Support for examinations can also be provided remotely via Skype and email as well as face to face, and most training can be done via videoconference if the attendees are in different offices.
We also have e-learning authoring capacity and would be pleased to discuss any requirements that clients might have in this area.
Should any client require training in an area that we do not cover we have a number of trusted training contacts for all classes not covered such as Reinsurance, Property and Non Marine Liabilities

Charlotte Warr is an experienced claims practitioner having worked in both the company and Lloyd’s markets since 1987. She has experience in handling all classes of business as a leader and also in managing teams of claims personnel.
She is a qualified solicitor, still holding a current practicing certificate as well as being an Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute, a Chartered Insurer and a Senior Associate of the Association of average adjusters.
Charlotte brings a very practical overlay to all of her training sessions and has a simple mantra which is to make the business interesting to all working in it, and to prevent today’s younger generation making the same mistakes she made when she was their age!
